Our Markforged X7 3D Printer prints Continuous Carbon Fiber (CCF) reinforced parts, enabling engineers and designers to have a functional prototype in hand within hours-not weeks. With precision machined hardware, advanced software, and the help of our in-house 3D printing specialist, we guarantee reliable 3D printed parts with 50 μm repeatability and industry-leading surface finish.

Materials

  • Onyx

    Micro carbon fiber filled nylon offers excellent heat resistance, surface finish, and chemical resistance.

  • Onyx FR

    Certified UL 94 V-0 rated flame-retardant nylon filled with micro-carbon fiber that possesses the same core properties as Onyx.

  • Onyx ESD

    Stronger, stiffer, and ESD resistant Onyx variant for industrial and electronic manufacturing applications.

  • Nylon

    Smooth, White, non-abrasive, and easily painted. Nylon thermoplastic is best used for non marring workholding and human contact.

  • Carbon Fiber

    Stiff, strong, and extremely light, carbon fiber reinforcement yields parts capable of replacing machined aluminum.

  • Fiberglass

    Inexpensive and 11 times stiffer than ABS, Fiberglass is the perfect entry-level continuous fiber for 3D printing functional parts.

  • Kevlar

    Extremely durable and highly resistant to catastrophic failure, Kevlar is an excellent reinforcement choice for harsh environments.

  • HSHT Fiberglass

    HSHT fiberglass material delivers the highest impact resistance and heat deflection temperature of our continuous fibers, and can be used for low-temperature molds.

  • Onyx ESD

    Stronger, stiffer, and ESD resistant Onyx variant for industrial and electronic manufacturing applications.

  • Fiberglass

    Inexpensive and 11 times stiffer than ABS, Fiberglass is the perfect entry-level continuous fiber for 3D printing functional parts.

Injection Molding

K&L Supply can fulfill all your Injection Molding needs. We provide injection molding services for on demand manufacturing and prototyping. A prototyping tool is best suited for those who need smaller part quantities for prototyping or functional testing. While our on-demand manufacturing tool is designed for those who require larger part quantities common in low to high volume production.
